Leonida versus the island board

Vice City Studio’s main interactive set at /map is built around the Leonida geography in the ATLAS pin file: beaches, downtown Vice City, Port Gellhorn, Key Lento, Hamlet, and the counties between them. The gold /island view is the cinematic studio board for a focused pass over the core island shape.

Use Leonida when you are comparing areas that sit far apart — a gulf city versus a Keys strip, or Homestead-area Hamlet versus downtown. Use the island when you want the marketing silhouette and prop pins from Assets Generator.

What is plotted on the Leonida set

Pins are real Florida landmarks: marinas, hotels, parks, civic buildings, welcome murals. Fan region names (Port Gellhorn, Key Lento, Vice Beach) sit on top of that real-world geography. Rockstar has not confirmed these as in-game businesses or collectibles.

District guides publish only when a region already has at least 20 plotted places. Smaller labels remain visible on the map without a separate article. That keeps the library useful instead of full of empty pages.
