Share versus download

The wallpapers page can save an atlas-named JPG to your machine or share a link to the frame. Use download for lock screens and monitors you control. Use share when a friend or editor needs the same look without a file transfer.

Free pooled styles and personalize comps both end in a file you can keep. Credits only enter the story on personalize photo styles — sharing does not invent a new billing event by itself.

Posting without confusing people

If you post publicly, say the image is fan-made from Vice City Studio. That one line prevents “is this official?” threads. Do not crop out the honesty and paste a Rockstar logo on top.

For photo comps, you are responsible for the likeness. Get consent before sharing someone else’s face in a WASTED or couple layout.

What sharing is not

It is not a YouTube upload. Creator Studio’s Push to YouTube updates an existing video’s metadata — a different product surface. Wallpaper share will not publish a video for you.

It is also not a map export. District links belong in /guides and /map, not inside a wallpaper JPG.
